The Nzema East Municipal Assembly organized its Second Quarter Entity Tender Committee Meeting on the 29th July, 2025 at the Nzema East Municipal Conference Room Axim.
The agenda of the meeting was to consider the evaluation report of the tender that was opened on 9th July and also to consider other issues relating to procurement activities of the assembly.
In attendance were the Municipal Chief Executive, Municipal Co-ordinating Director, Municipal Works Engineer Officer, Municipal Budget Officer, Municipal Finance Officer, Works Sub-Committee Chairman, F and A Chairman, Municipal Procurement Officer and its Assistants.
