The Nzema East Municipal Assembly conducted a Public Hearing on the Draft District Medium-Term Development Plan 2026-2029 to consider the view of its stakeholders on the draft plan.

Participants at the programme included the Municipal Chief Executive, Municipal Coordinating Director, Presiding Member, Assembly Members, Heads of Departments and Unit Committee Members. Also present were Traditional Leaders, Religious Leaders, Heads of Senior High Schools and Senior High Technical Schools, Trade Association, Youth Groups and Civil Society Organisations. Officials of the Regional Planning Coordinating Unit of the Western Regional Coordinating Council were also present.

Hon. Jonathan Anaman proposed for the acceptance of the draft plan and it was unanimously accepted by all the participants.
