The 38th Farmer’s Day Celebration was held at Akango on 2nd December, 2022. The theme for the celebration was ” Accelerating Agricultural development through value addition”. The Paramount chief and his sub-chiefs graced the occasion. In attendance were the MCE of Nzema East, Hon. Dorcas Elizabeth Amoah, Municipal Coordinating Director, Hon. Assembly members and some members of staff of the Assembly. The celebration came to a successful end after deserving farmers were awarded.
