The engagement intends to foster familiarization, ascertain developmental needs and build closer relationship with the traditional authorities, opinion leaders, youth groups, civil society organizations and community members. The Municipal Chief Executive was accompanied by select Management officers for the engagement.

The Municipal Chief Executive acknowledged that, the District Road Improvement Programme (DRIP) machines had been in the communities visited for weeks to reshape their roads. This signified that the Assembly would continue to reshape their roads to make them motorable as they wait on the Central Government for the construction of the roads.

Hon. Kuah Dickson further attested that, through a personal initiative, the Member of Parliament for the Evalue-Ajomoro-Gwira Constituency, Hon. Kofi Arko Nokoe had worked assiduously to award the rural electrification extension of the communities on contract. He added that, extension of electricity to Tebakrom and its environs was a priority to the Assembly and the MP had put measures in place to make it a reality. It was testified that, the contractor had brought materials on site to commence the exercise. He mentioned that, more projects would be implemented in the Gwira area to promote development.
