The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Herbert Kuah Dickson in collaboration with the Member of Parliament for Evalue-Ajomoro-Gwira Constituency, Hon. Kofi Arko Nokoe engaged the Chiefs and elders of Gwira Adontenhene’s Division on Wednesday, 19th August, 2026 at Adontenhene’s Palace – Tumentu.
The Chiefs were from Gwira Tumentu, Wiawso, Abrodiem, Upper Gwira Eshiem, Lower Gwira Eshiem, Sementu, Akosonu, and Ampansie. Other participants were Assembly Members for Gwira Eshiem and Tumentu Electoral Areas, Unit Committee Members and Staff of the Municipal Assembly.
The engagement focused on the deteriorating nature of their road from Gwira Ayinase to Gwira Wiawso. The Municipal Chief Executive and Member of Parliament assured them of using the District Road Improvement Programme Machines for reshaping, refilling and compacting of their road. The chiefs and the elders promised to support them with other resources that the engineer would need to speed up the exercise.
