The Municipal Planning Coordinating Unit organized its Second Quarter meeting on Wednesday, 3rd July, 2024 at the Assembly’s Conference Room. The agenda for the meeting was presentation and discussion of 2024 Second Quarter Departmental Reports, Validation of 2024 Second Quarter Municipal Indicators and Presentation of Poverty Index. In attendance were the Municipal Coordinating Director and all Heads of Decentralized Departments in the Municipal Assembly.
The meeting ended successfully with all presentations made and questions answered. The Chairman thanked the members for a successful deliberation. In the absence of no further discussions, the meeting came to a close after a prayer was said by the Municipal Internal Auditor.
