On 6th July, 2023, the Planning and the
Budget Unit organized a day orientation and presentation on District
Development Data Platform (DDDP) facilitated by Mr. Richard Baah (Municipal
Budget Analyst) to all staff of the Assembly.
The District Development Data (DDDP) is a web-based
data capturing, Monitoring and Evaluation Platform developed to improve
database management at the local level as well as track district performance to
service delivery.
The DDDP digitizes the district’s development data and
archives it for planning and management purposes. The platform targets a smart
working environment to facilitate data collection and analysis to improve
service delivery as we66ll as efficient monitoring at the local level.
In ensuring the efficient use the platform, a day training
was organized to brief staff on the new developments. Moreover, the utilization
of the platform will form part of the Performance Agreement going forward.
