The head of the Physical Planning Department of the Nzema East Municipal Assembly who doubles as the secretary of the Technical Sub-committee organized the first technical sub-committee on 4th April, 2023. 

Members of the committee comprising of the Municipal Development Planning Officer, Head of Works Department, Head of Feeder Roads unit, Head of NADMO Department, a Rep from EPA, a Rep from Lands Commission, Municipal Fire Service Officer and the Head of Municipal Health Directorate were all present at the meeting. The main agenda of the meeting was to review applications for physical development and recommend to the municipal Spatial Planning Committee, applications for approval.
