The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the Nzema East Municipal Assembly (NEMA), Hon. Herbert Kuah Dickson held a meeting on Thursday, 13th November, 2025 at the Assembly’s Conference Room, Axim.

Consideration and approval were given by the committee on the Draft 2026 Composite Budget, Fee Fixing Resolution and Revenue Improvement Action Plan, Annual Action Plan, 2026-2029 Medium-Term Development Plan (MTDP), Draft 2026 and WASH Master Plan as presented by Municipal Budget Analyst and Municipal Development Planning Officer.

Similarly, reports from the five (5) statutory and two (2) ad-hoc sub-committees comprising of Finance and Administration, Justice and Security, Development Planning, Works, Social services, Sanitation and Health and Agriculture and Fisheries were deliberated. The Executive Committee proposed recommendations to the General Assembly for further consideration and approval.
