The Municipal Chief Executive of Nzema East Municipal together with her family donate some medical equipment to the Municipal Health Directorate in Axim on 8th August, 2023 at the Assembly premises. It is to further help improve upon the health care delivery services in the District and to reduce the number of referral case from the District to other adjoining districts as a result of the inadequate of some medical equipment in the health facilities in the district. The Municipal Health Director in his acceptance speech expressed profound gratitude to the donors for them continuous support to the district in various ways. He thanked them for their kind gesture expressed hope that the donation would go a a long way to fulfill the purpose for which it was intended. He also ceased the opportunity to petition the Hon. MCE and the Assembly to assist with other pressing needs of the Hospital such as beds, our condition and universal power supply (UPS).
