The Municipal Planning Coordinating Unit organized its Fourth Quarter meeting on Tuesday, 11th February, 2025 at the Municipal Assembly’s Conference Room. The agenda for the meeting was presentation and discussion of 2024 Fourth Quarter and Annual Departmental Progress Reports, Validation of data inputs from departments and Units for the 2024 Fourth Quarter and Annual Progress Report Indicators. A presentation was made by the Western Regional Planning Coordinating Unit on the feedback from the reviewed 2024 APR by NDPC, how to prepare the Annual Progress Reports for subsequent years and also the preparation of the 2026-2029 Medium-Term Development Plan. In attendance were the Regional Economic Planning Officer and his team, Municipal Coordinating Director and all Heads of Decentralized Departments in the Municipal Assembly.
The meeting ended successfully with all presentations made and questions answered. The Chairman thanked the members for a successful deliberation. In the absence of no further discussions, the meeting came to a close after a prayer was said by the Municipal Education Director.
