As part of the Human Resource Management responsibility to organize occasional training and capacity building for staffs of the Assembly, the Human Resource Management (HRM) department in collaboration with Macro Mix Consultant organized a one-day training on performance management which featured Local Government Service Protocol, Codes and Ethics and Record Keeping for the staffs of the Nzema East Municipal Assembly.

The Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Frank Okpenyen and Municipal Coordinating Director were present at this training to urge and encourage staffs to adopt best work practices. These are some pictures captured at the training sessions.
