On 13th September, 2023, a Special Taskforce for Signage Data and Revenue Collection was formed mandated to collect Data as well as Revenue from all Signage / Bill boards within the jurisdiction of the Nzema East Municipal Assembly.

The Taskforce had its first and second meeting on 29th September,2023 and 2nd October, 2023 respectively to extensively discuss on the preparation and the way forward towards this important exercise. In attendance were Municipal Coordinating Director, Head of Revenue Unit, Rep from Budget Unit, Physical Planning Department, Development Planning Unit and Head of MIS Unit.
