The Nzema East Municipal Assembly organized its Third Quarter Entity Tender Committee Meeting on the 3rd October 2023 at the Nzema East Municipal Conference Room Axim.
The agenda of the meeting was to discuss ongoing projects and review of third quarter Procurement Plan. It is the mandate for the Entity Tender Committee to meet at least once every quarter to review the Procurement Plan as stated in the public Procurement Act, 2016 (Act 914) Amendment.
In attendance were the Municipal Chief Executive, Municipal Co-ordinating Director, Municipal Social Welfare Officer, Municipal Works Engineer Officer, Municipal Budget Officer, Municipal Procurement Officer, Municipal Finance Officer and Works Chairman
