ONE-DAY WORKSHOP ON THE NEWLY DEVELOPED CLIENT SERVICE MANUAL HELD ON 15TH MAY, 2024 AT ASSEMBLY CONFERENCE ROOM, AXIM.

Staff of Nzema East Municipal Assembly on 15th May, 2024 converged at the Assembly Conference Room for a day training on Client Service newly developed manual. The objective of the training was to educate staff to enable them contribute to the attainment of the vision of the Local Government Service stated ‘’to become a world class decentralized Client Oriented Service’’

The newly developed client service manual has been developed to enhance interactions with the public and how to manage and handle community issues to the satisfaction of the public.

The training sought to engage some selected staff on how to go about their interactions with persons living inside and outside the municipality. Ultimately, it is expected that performance will be immensely improved.

 

The Training facilitators from the western Coordinating Council (WRCC). Head of Human Resource took time to school staff on best practices, conduct and appropriate ways to serve clients among others.
