The Nzema East Municipal Chief Execuitve, Hon. Herbert Kuah Dickson, accompanied by the Member of Parliament for Evalue Ajomoro Gwira Constituency, Hon. Kofi Arko Nokoe, members of the Municipal Security Council (MUSEC) and officers from the Minerals Commission and National Disaster Management Organizer (NADMO) engaged the traditional authorities, bereaved family and the people of Amgbansi on Monday, 1st June, 2026 concerning the shooting to death of a 45-year-old man which occurred on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at Amgbansi.
The MCE and his entourage expressed their condolences and sympathize with the family of the deceased and all affected individuals. He urged all stakeholders and the general public to remain resolute and called on the youth to remain calm and adhere to the peace, security and co-existence principles that bind them as one people.
The Chief Executive assured the people that collaborative measures with key stakeholders and security agency had been initiated to ensure that the perpetrators are prosecuted according to the laws of Ghana.
